It's not that the passengers were complacent. They weren't getting any of the messages warning all ships in the area about ice in the water. Even after altering course, the Titanic essentially kept going ... and paid an awful price. If there was complacency in her captain, it was at least in part because of the foolhardy sense of indestructibility that had accompanied the Titanic's construction.
This video has not been produced by our Ministry. It does, however, provide an almost perfect backdrop to the following questions:
1) What can these survivors teach us about complacency?
2) Are there parallels today between the Titanic and the warning signs Jesus has left us about the end of the world?
3) Who really believes America is the 2nd beast of Revelation 13, and that she will end up: (a) repudiating her Constitution and (b) ushering in an era of religious persecution?
4) Have not the warnings of this prophecy sailed by our portholes as so many bits of disconnected ice?
