RECIPE

For a 1-liter jar:

Garlic - 2 cloves
Allspice - 3 peas
Basil - 2-3 sprigs

For the marinade:

Water - 1200ml
Sugar - 150g
Salt (rock) - 2 tbsp.
9% Vinegar - 50ml
