1000 CFS. This film brings together the skill of aerial cinematography with class V whitewater kayaking along the challenging North Fork of the Feather River in Plumas County, CA. The Tobin section is known for its many sieves and hazards that can be difficult to scout from shoreline. Despite this, it remains a booftastic mainstay during its few scheduled releases each year.
