GSACRD - Beyond Traditional Physical Education
At Greater St. Albert Catholic Schools, the Recreation Academy Sports Program takes students beyond traditional physical education. Students are introduced to a wide variety of unique activities, such as indoor wall climbing, curling, golf, yoga, swimming, ice hockey, and so much more. This academy is designed to encourage students to try many different activities to learn what interests them.
In the Sports Academy Program, students receive discipline in a specific sport, training and building their education in an athletic-focused environment. Students can choose from a wide selection of sports and activities from hockey and soccer to dance and gymnastics, among other disciplines.
