GSACRD - Flexible School Program Reduces Stress
“With musical theatre, singing, and acting, it takes up a lot of time,” says student Molly Koehler. “If I could do that stuff within my school schedule it would relieve stress and open up more opportunities.”
GSACRD is proud to offer its Flexible School Program, a specialized program to support students with specific goals in a preferred discipline. This program allows students to work around the demanding schedules of an extracurricular activity, such as sports, music, art, or specialized industry training.
Students in this program experience a combination of in-person, online, and self-driven class schedules, giving them more control over how their time is spent without sacrificing a well-rounded education or socialization.
"We’re setting up individual programming for each student, rather than clumping them into a big group,” says Wade Michael, Principal at St. Albert Catholic High School. “Every student needs different things.”
