Rotating an image in Adobe Photoshop is a very simple task.
1. Open Adobe Photoshop. Click on "File" menu. From the sub-menu that appears, click "New". In the "New" window, set the required settings for the document and click OK.
2. Click on "File" menu. From the sub-menu that appears, click "Place...". From the "Place" window, select the image you want to rotate and click "Place". The image will be placed.
3. Click on "Edit" menu, navigate to "Transform" and click "Rotate".
4. Grab the image by the upper left corner (or line) of the image to rotate it.
5. When satisfied with the rotation, click on the check icon located at the upper right corner of Photoshop window to confirm the rotation.
