EASY AND DELICIOUS POOR MAN'S CHICKEN
POVERELLA'S CHICKEN is easy, incredibly tender, and has a delicious SAUCE 😋🤤
4 chicken thighs or 6-8 drumsticks
150 g cherry tomatoes
4 potatoes
1-2 onions
half a lemon (juice only)
oil to taste (about 4 tablespoons)
2 garlic cloves
1 pinch black pepper
1 sprig rosemary
salt to taste
1 tablespoon capers
half a glass white wine (about 150 ml)
Bake in a convection oven at 190-200 C for about 35-45 minutes. It should be golden brown and soft.
