Ecuador-born graffiti artist LADY PINK - a rare female artist who has carved out a space for herself in the boys club of street art. LADY PINK began tagging trains as a school student back in 1979. For several years, she ran with the best names in street art, while partying, ‘with Andy Warhol at some rich person’s house and hobnobbing with people like Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat’, LADY PINK explains. From talking herself out of trouble with the police, she soon went on to exhibiting her work within world famous art galleries. Today, she’s among the best-known graffiti artists in the world.
