Stir-fried Bean Sprouts, Tofu, and Minced Pork: A delicious, easy, and nutritious dish. This recipe is incredibly flavorful, and the bean sprouts are still crisp and delicious after stir-frying.
Ingredients:
1. 350 grams bean sprouts
2. 150 grams tofu
3. 150 grams minced pork
4. 4 stalks of spring onions
5. 1 stalk of celery
6. 7 cloves of garlic
7. 1 chili pepper
Seasoning Ingredients:
1. 1 teaspoon light soy sauce (add to the pork when stir-frying)
2. 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
3. 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
4. 1 teaspoon of sugar
5. 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder
6. 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Preparation:
Pour oil into a wok. Once the oil is hot, add the roughly chopped garlic and stir-fry.
Add the minced pork and stir-fry until the pork turns white. Add the tofu and stir-fry. Stir-fry the tofu for about 2 minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce to give the pork and tofu a little flavor.
Add the bean sprouts, the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and seasoning powder, and stir-fry until combined.
Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
When done, open the lid and stir-fry until combined. Then add the spring onions, celery, and chili peppers.
Stir-fry for another minute and you're done.
