In this episode, I explore Traverse City, Michigan - located nearby the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. I search for the best vegan and vegetarian restaurant in Traverse City, and do a self-led wine tasting at Mari Vineyards! Mari Vineyards even allows dogs!
The veg restaurant was called Zest, and unfortunately appears to no longer be in business at the time of editing. It's so sad, because it was some of the best veg food I've ever had, and that's coming from someone who has lived in Boston!
I am a long long ways from being a sommelier, but the wine at Mari Vineyards was delicious and I really enjoyed trying a few different ones.
