Published on Cookaway Music formed by Roger Cook and Roger Greenaway back in 1968 after a few years with Maribus (DJM) and Mills Music. This is session superstar Tony Burrows performing the first recording of “I’ve Still Got My Heart Joe”. Song composed by the Roger’s with Tony Macauley, and musical arrangements by Tony King. Released on 45 via Bell Records way back in 1970 and would you believe Tony liked the song so much he re-recorded it 6 years later with his new producers Arnold, Martin & Morrow, and song had a slight name change to "Oh My Joe". There has been at least 12 different releases over the years including great versions by Sacha Distel, Christine Holmes, The New Seekers, Sylvia McNeil, Cilla Black and also Shirley Jones from the Partridge Family.
