Turning an inexpensive mirror into the perfect witchy, spooky, haunted backdrop for Halloween
Using this inexpensive mirror and about 20 sprits of spray paint, I transform it from plain Jane to scary spooky just in time for Halloween to peek around the corner.
You could easily make decorative frame pieces from clay or resin, or a dollar tree picture frame as I did. It was lightweight and most important.. in my stash.
I believe the angle of the spray paint can is most important. Keeping the nozzle level so that you spray OVER the mirror, allowing a little to fall is the best trick. A light hand and slow sweeping motion is my best advice. Better to have too little, than too much.
I am in love with this spooky, smokey, old-looking mirror. It will be a great backdrop for any of my Halloween videos and of course, look gorgeous on Halloween night ;)
