Should they be thrown away? Giving mass produced vintage figurines a makeover SELL OR PITCH?
After scoring a box full of these vintage figurines for pennies on the dollar, I gave them each a new look using only spray paint or craft paint.
In all, I used mostly spray paint and some craft paint. All can be found at your local home store or Walmart where I buy my paints. I even used some stone paint I found deep in my paint cabinet.
This idea came after knowing that if these items did not sell they may find themselves in the dumpster. Shoot, they still may find themselves in the dumpster but I did try my best to give them a shot at another life. Overall, I think each one looks better than it did, even if I don't LOVE them all ;)
