45ml Hayman’s Sloe Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup (1:1)
Top with Fever Tree Soda water
GARNISH: Lemon Wedge
GLASSWARE: Highball / Tall Glass
METHOD: Shake & Strain
ALCOHOL: Sloe Gin
HOW TO:
Step 1 – Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker
Step 2 – Fill shaker with ice and seal
Step 3 – Shake until drink is mixed and chilled
Step 4 – Strain into an ice filled Highball or Tall Glass
Step 5 – Garnish with a lemon wedge
