I tried to beat USAIN BOLT'S 100 METERS TIME 🇯🇲
In this video, I train inspired by Usain Bolt, the fastest man in history. I've never been seriously involved in athletics, but like many others, I've always been fascinated by the 100 meters, especially when Bolt ran at the Olympics.
After watching several of his workouts, I tried to recreate a short sprint-style session: warm-up, preparation, and practice on the 100m and 200m, to see how close I could get to that kind of speed.
