I wanted to try a classic bodyweight workout routine in two completely opposite temperatures: first in the cold of Northern Europe and then in the heat of Africa. ❄️🔥
The goal is simple: to understand how my body reacts to the exact same workout when the environmental conditions drastically change.
Same exercises, same intensity, but two environments that present the body with completely different challenges.
In the cold, the body must produce more heat to stay active, while in the heat, it must manage fatigue and temperature throughout the entire effort.
This experiment helps me understand in which environment I can maintain the highest performance and where my body struggles the most.
A true physical and mental test to test my endurance, adaptation, and discipline.
Which temperature do you think will be the most difficult to handle? Leave your comments.
