They proposed a completely meaningless challenge: Chasing The Sun.
The goal was to complete it from sunrise to sunset:
• 21 km run
• 1,500 squats
• 1,000 push-ups
• 500 pull-ups
• another 21 km run
All in one day. No preparation.
Up until two days before, I wanted to give up.
I also had a knee problem and knew I was at risk of injuring myself.
Honestly? I was convinced I couldn't make it to the finish.
I had never run 42 km in a day, nor done so many reps all at once.
This wasn't just a race, it was a battle against myself.
Me against myself.
In this video, you'll find out how it really went.
Because in the end, I understood one thing:
we are much stronger than we think.
