In honor of the New Year, This week's Member surprise is a donation to Collection Fare. Collective Fare is a chef collaborative, catering, food production, consulting, and management company located in the heart of Brownsville, Brooklyn at The Brownsville Community Culinary Center. They strive to provide seasonally fresh, nutritious & delicious meals for all, produced in their 5,000 sq ft. commercial kitchen space.
Our Greens Pack is a locally grown fresh produce delivery for NYC of baby greens, microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers from Farm.One's diverse growing range of over 700 plants. This week's menu features an array of greens like our Selway lettuce, Early Mizuna, Toscano Kale, Blue Scotch Curled Kale, and sprinkles of Sorrel. In our yellow box you'll find Miz America Mizuna, Red Streak Mustard, Toscano Kale, and Blue Scotch Curled Kale. We're also featuring tons of herbs and edible flowers this week like Shungiku, Blue Spice Basil, Oxalis, Nasturtiums, Violas, Nepitella, Marigolds, Begonias, and Toothache button.
Our Shrooms Pack is a subscription of a rotating selection of exotic mushrooms, grown by our friends at Smallhold Mushrooms in Brooklyn. This week's mushrooms are Royal Trumpet and Yellow Oyster Mushrooms
Our Smoothie Pack is a rotating menu of chef created smoothies that all contain flavors grown at Farm.One. This week's smoothies are Orange Flower, Scarlet Thrills, and Biscay Green.
