Henry House - Sustainable House Day 2024
This simple house was professionally built in 2011 on a steep, and windy property. It is heavily insulated with double glazing to control summer heating while retaining views. Solar hot water and PV supplement mains electricity, and water tanks are used for domestic consumption, vegetable and flower gardens, and a very small amount of irrigation for vines.
