The upgrades to this typical 1970’s house over the last 15 years mean it now has a 10 star Residential Efficiency rating, just proving what can be achieved with insultation, draft proofing and double glazing. It's now an all-electric home as the owners ditched their gas heating and cooking appliances, and replaced them with reverse cycle heating, a heat pump hot water system and an induction cooktop, waving goodbye to their gas connection.
