Countdown Clock Glitch - Video Databending
Whilst searching through the program files of my home computer I came across this short compressed AVI clip of a clock. I made a few copies of it and experimented on them using Audacity audio editor. I tried applying the filters and effects that the program comes packaged with on the video. The best results were achieved by applying an effect to small section of one frame.
In the first half of the video each frame has a different filter applied to it ( I can't remember the order). In the second half the frames alternate between reverse and tremolo.
