This week's Member surprise is the Green Plum Fairy jam from Beth's Kitchen Farm made with seasonal Rene claude plums and slowly cooked with a touch of aromatic absinthe. This vegan, gluten free, and low sugar jam can be spread on toast with Goat cheese or you can add it to your cocktail shaker for a signature plum martini.
Our Greens Pack is a locally grown fresh produce delivery for NYC of baby greens, microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers from Farm.One's diverse growing range of over 700 plants. This week's menu features an array of greens like our Gourmet Lettuce mix, Green Oakleaf lettuce, Hong vit Radish, Early Mizuna, Siberian Kale, and sprinkles of Upland Cress. In our Microgreen box you'll find Red Streak Mustard, Cabbage Leaves, Agnostic Kale, and Mitsuba. We're also featuring beautiful herbs and edible flowers this week like Shungiku, Parsley, Oxalis Leaves and pops of Marigold, Dianthus, Begonia, and Viola Flowers.
Our Shrooms Pack is a subscription of a rotating selection of exotic mushrooms, grown by our friends at Smallhold Mushrooms in Brooklyn. This week's mushrooms are a mix of Yellow oyster and Lion's Mane mushrooms
