◾ INGREDIENTS
-150 g soft cheese
-2 tablespoons coconut flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-Salt to taste
-1 egg
🧀🧀🧀🧀As for the cheese:
It's about using one that melts when heated. Ideally, use a soft cheese because it melts but doesn't become chewy. You can also use these other cheeses, which I've listed below, although they vary slightly, but they'll still be delicious:
Edam cheese
Gouda cheese
Havarty cheese
Semi-cured cheese
Double cream cheese and Costeño cheese if you're in Colombia 🇨🇴
(If you use Costeño cheese, don't melt it, grate it with the smaller side of the grater, and be careful with the salt. 😉)
Mozzarella cheese, although it will be harder to work with the dough since it will be very chewy when melted.
Soft Dutch cheese

◾ IMPORTANT!!! I DON'T COUNT MACROS 😉
I did this for a long time, and although I admit it was VERY HELPFUL at first because I learned about keto foods, quantities, etc., I think it's okay at first, but over time you learn to know what to eat. I've been on this lifestyle for 2 years, and I haven't counted macros for many months. If you remove all types of refined flours and sugars from your diet, eat the protein your body craves, accompanied by vegetables or salad, good-quality fats, nuts, seeds... in short, low-carb foods, you won't get out of ketosis. The idea is to learn to eat without counting everything we eat.
