a minimal set of samples pushed me in a few different directions, and it's likely I'll re-visit this project again in the future to explore other aspects. This funky/glitchy vibe with unusual timbres and atonal selections to play against the spoken word sample actually started off rather harmonious, something resembling ambient post-rock. I also may want to try approaching these samples in a more fundamentally experimental way now that I've explored them in what I consider to be a more 'traditional' electronic music production context
