Two great cocktails from the Smugglers Cove book 📕https://amzn.to/3GnnOJB the Hibiscus Rum Punch and the Formidable Dragon. Very different drinks and both are well worth your efforts. The recipe in the video and the "recipe card" are slightly off on the Formidable Dragon. It should be just a 1/4 oz of Smith & Cross but if you desire to live dangerously as I do, then use 3/4 oz.

2 discs of fresh ginger
5 cloves
500 mL rum
½ cup dried hibiscus flowers
Hibiscus Liqueur*
¼ cup of honey
1 ½ cups Hibiscus Infusion
½ cup of a 2:1 simple syrup
Demerara Simple Syrup
½ cup Demerara sugar
1 ½ white sugar
1 cup water
Molasses Simple Syrup
2 oz Molasses
2 cups Sugar
1 cup water
Hibiscus Rum Punch
2 oz club soda
½ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz Hibiscus Liqueur
⅓ oz Demera Syrup
1 ½ Appleton 12
Formidable Dragon
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz lime juice
½ oz honey syrup
¾ oz molasses syrup
½ oz Amaro di Angostura
1 ½ oz blended aged rum
1 oz of a black blended rum
¼ oz lightly aged overproof
Top with Club Soda
