Shakshuka is an easy and quick breakfast or brunch dish that you can share with a group. Shakshuka is believed to have originated in Northern Africa and consists of tomatoes, peppers, spices, and eggs. I believe it is usually served with some sort of bread to sop up that beautiful stew and runny eggs.
