On this video you will learn how to share a folder between your host and your virtual machine start by clicking on VM and settings then select the tab options and shared folders folder sharing you will control how you are sharing your folders the first option disabled is sharing capability, the second remains enable third option enabled sharing while the VM is powered on.
The Map as network drive checkbox enables map as a network drive in the windows I will keep it check it and also check the always enable for adding a new shared folder click on add next and you can hit the Browse button for selecting a folder I will select my drive see for sharing and hit okay you can rename the folder if you wants you and next you can select the scope of this shared folder you are all set your folder is already shared with your virtual machine.
For check it up on your computer then double click in your shared folder and now you can see all your folders from your host into your virtual machine.
