Aqualis finally gives us a breakthrough, and it rises straight out of the ocean floor.
After struggling for resources on this Water Moon, seismic activity shakes the world and a brand-new Super Alloy island erupts from beneath the waves. It’s the first real landmass we’ve seen here, a shimmering plateau of blue metal and minerals that could completely change the trajectory of our run… but only if we can stabilize the base long enough to explore it.
The rest of the episode becomes a frantic effort to get our infrastructure under control. Oxygen finally crosses the next threshold, unlocking hives, bees, and a stable food loop. We build multiple farms, add a new biodome for oxygen production and tree bark, and watch drones race across the water as they haul Super Alloy into our new sorting lines. Energy stabilizes with solar fuzes, storage expands across the base, and the whole operation begins to feel organized for the first time since landing.
Iron shortages, missing resources, and the desperate need for a recycler keep things tense, but by the end of it all, Aqualis finally feels alive. Food is secured, power is steady, and our terraformation index is rising faster than ever. And that mysterious new island? It’s waiting for us in the next episode, and it might hold more than just Super Alloy.
