This video will be of interest not only to owners of Zanussi washing machines, but I also recommend watching it for owners of Electrolux and AEG washing machines. These machines are manufactured by the same brand, so the components, including the control module, are not very different. In this video, we'll look at how to put this washing machine into test mode, then I'll show you how to clean the pump filter (drain pump), how to properly test the heating element and motor, and, of course, how to disassemble this washing machine. Please note that while you can test all the main components in test mode, this doesn't guarantee their functionality. This video clearly showed that the heating element worked properly during testing, but when I checked for current leakage to the housing, it showed one, so I had to replace it. The same thing happens with the motor; in test mode, the motor may work properly but still leak to the housing. You should understand that if there's even the slightest leak to the housing, the washing machine won't work. The Zanussi control unit is very complex, and it's best not to attempt repairs yourself. Believe me, not every repairman will undertake such a procedure. It's not because they don't know how to do it, it's because their brains are very finicky.
