I had a plan.
It was simple. Efficient. And it relied entirely on one thing…
this train not falling apart every few seconds.
At first, it almost works.
Pick an upgrade. Add a weapon. Collect gems. Keep moving.
For a moment, it feels manageable, like everything is under control.
Then the swarms start showing up.
The track feels smaller. The enemies get closer. And every upgrade starts to feel like a decision you can’t afford to get wrong. More damage helps… until it doesn’t. More speed helps… until you can’t keep up.
What started as a clean, controlled run slowly turns into constant pressure, bosses stacking mechanics, enemies gaining shields, entire waves getting harder to clear no matter how strong the train becomes.
By the end, it’s no longer about building the perfect train.
It’s about holding everything together…
for just a little bit longer.
About All Aboard! The Train Defense Express:
This is an arcade-style roguelite where players defend a constantly moving train against endless waves of enemies. Players upgrade their train by adding new carriages, weapons, and abilities while collecting resources from defeated enemies.
As the run progresses, enemies grow stronger and more complex, forcing players to balance damage, economy, survivability, and positioning. With randomized upgrades, relics, and scaling difficulty, each run becomes a test of adaptation and decision-making under pressure.
