This is currently my toddler's favourite #hummus #hommus. It’s a quick and easy #dip to make and a crowd pleaser. I hope you enjoy it!
Ingredients:
1 can chickpeas (400g or 15oz)
1 can cannellini beans (or any canned white beans) (400g or 15oz)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup tahini*
2 lemons (juiced) approx 1/3 cup
2 cloves garlic (grated or minced)
1 teaspoon ground roasted cumin
Salt to taste
Cold water
*If your little one has a sesame seed allergy replace tahini with another seed/nut butter, or extra oil and cold water. It won’t strictly be a “hommus” but it will make a #deliciousbeandip
