A cinema PIF from The Samaritans using the imagery of a faceless person trapped behind a stretchy piece of fabric, pressing their face and hands against it as they desperately try to cry out for help, to emphasise that mental anguish knows no face and does not discriminate. Deliberately set against the Pink Floyd song of the same name, the concept was apparently based on 'The Scream' painting by Edvard Munch. The more you know.
