What I help with in the digital space
Last week my post was very specific about who I help—time-poor, not tech-savvy, female solopreneurs. If that's you, I can help!
I thought I got it pretty well sorted but then I got another question about whether I helped only with Instagram and Canva or other electronic files as well.
Back to the drawing board to do some more clarification!
Being a bit of a tech geek from way back when, I have become proficient in many pieces of software such as:
MS Office Suite which includes OneNote, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Publisher;
Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro & Express;
Camtasia; and
Canva, to mention but a few.
Through working for various clients and also building my own websites on WordPress and Kajabi I have also learned how to navigate Shopify, Klaviyo, RocketSpark and Mailchimp to mention yet a few more.
I am also no stranger to the inner workings of Meta, Instagram and Facebook and can assist with account issues, EXCLUDING issues dealing with accounts being hacked. I do however teach ways of protecting your account.
I have focused on the organizational side of things because in my experience, there are not many people who teach this and many people don't realize or appreciate just HOW important this is when you are running your own business wearing ALL the hats—whether you want to or not!
To clarify, my particular focus is electronic folder, file and social media content management and organization BUT I am happy to help with any of the above if you require a hand.
