For this workout, grab a chair, a single weight, some water, and a towel. I’ll offer modifications throughout this video. We’ll kick things off in the chair, working on a simple new move that focuses on your abs for a solid mid-session burn. We’ll stand, lean forward, and rock back to find our balance—it’s easy to follow, but still a fun, challenging move. For safety, make sure you can see your weights. Don’t forget to inhale deeply, exhale slowly, and keep that core engaged for the best results.
