Today we'll kick off Negroni Week with 3 Negroni recipes all with a Tropical bend to them. The Kingston Negroni by Joaquin Simo has become a modern classic and subs in a Jamaican rum for the gin. The Amaro di Coco by Ryan Lotz can be found in the Easy Tiki book and is a mix of a Pina Colada and a Negroni. The Coconut Oil-Washed Negroni is a standard Negroni where we sub in the Coconut Oil-Washed gin from the Blue Leilani video ( • This version of the Blue Hawaii is the bes... ) which featured Plymouth Gin from the Tropical Standard Book.
All are good and all have some level of Tropical-ness to them. Enjoy!
