I’ll never really get over how easy it is for people to be in support or against something or someone from just watching a minute long Instagram video 🙄. It’s like someone’s opinion, that only reflects their own understanding of reality, magically becomes fact, and you can logically form a solid position for it or against it?.... Now... where have I seen that before 🤔😭. .

Like anytime I see the words “social media” and “beef” and we ain’t talkin about middle school... I know it’s my cue to keep scrolling. 😂😂. Social media gives anyone and everyone a platform to exercise the expression of their opinions/voice... but remember that an opinion is just that. It’s a slippery slope to somehow start treating personal opinions as studied facts. Or thinking you can convince them otherwise on a platform designed for the attention span of a 2 year old. 🤷🏽♀️. Like Darth Vader and Luke didn’t hash it out in the comments 😭🤓 .

At some point you gotta scroll less and read more. Or just go jump rope ... at least you’d be burning calories instead of brain cells 😏💀 .
