There's no healthy alternative to eating vegetables that give you irreplaceable vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phytochemicals, fibre and improve your body inside out!
But the good news is that your body and veggies are created for each other and you can re-learn to eat vegetables and love them and even crave them! Be patient, give yourself time, be picky, be creative, be caring, be determined! Dramatically improved health and weight loss will be your reward!
