Installation Guide for Upgraded Diagonal Braces for CR-10 SE
The upper mounting bracket in the kit differs slightly from the one in the video, but the installation method is the same. The installation method for the diagonal braces of CR-10 SE and Ender 3 S1 Pro is almost identical.
1.Carefully disconnect the LED wire.
2.Remove the screws that secure the LED light frame.
3.Remove the screws on the top profile of the machine.
4.Use M5*30 screws to fix the black isolation column and the upper bracket to the top profile.
5.Use M5*18 screws to fix the LED light frame and the printed part to the upper bracket.
6.Plug in the LED light's wire.
7.Remove the fixing screws from the front panel of the machine.
8.Use M5*40 screws to fix the lower bracket and isolation column to the bottom profile.
9.Loosen the knot bolts on the diagonal braces. Tighten the two diagonal braces together.
10.Use M5*18 screws and M5 nuts to respectively fix the ends of the diagonal braces to the two brackets.
11.Tighten the nuts on the knot bolts. The operations on both sides are the same.
