Do you have weak glutes? Stiff back? Tight calves? Limited ankle mobility? These are all common complaints when posterior chain function is not ideal. Whether your goal is to improve strength, gain mobility, or decrease pain anywhere along your posterior chain you will benefit from watching this video. Today, I teach you how to target the muscles of the posterior chain reflexively by training your vestibular system. You'll learn how to perform a vestibular exercise called The Infinity Walk and I chose this exercise based on the neuro-anatomy involved. When you know neuro-anatomy, you can choose exercises to improve strength and mobility or to decrease pain based on the brain-areas involved in regulating muscle tone. It is awesome to know applied neurology and today we are teaching you how to leverage your reflexes to improve your physical performance.
