"Fail" PTSD, How you Stand back up Matters
Standing back up after you fail is so important if you get in the cycle of avoiding the failure or anything around it you can't grow. I know this because I am a prime example. Don't avoid the problems work through them the pain sucks so much. Instead of avoiding the problem like I have for years I'm going through it which is fuckin scary but I figure that nothing is scarier than death I tried to kill myself nothing scarier than me if I can get through that asshole nothing is to be feared. And without fear i can grow nothing can hold me back. Ots a process I'm learning it's a struggle but I do think im starting to find my way.
Lord thank you so much for helping me thank you for working in my life I need you so much lord with you life makes sense lord. Thank you for growing the channels lord and working in my life I am truly so blessed lord please help me continue growing.
