I am Swati Kain, a yoga instructor, a Mom and a Miss India finalist 2013. As someone who has personally been battling PCOS as an undergrad student in Delhi University, I found my solution and passion in Yoga.
I then pursued my higher studies in yogic sciences from Morarji Desai national institute of Yoga followed by a teachers training course from Sivananda Ashram in Kerala. I have been teaching Vinyasa Flow Sessions in Spain over the last 6 years. I have also worked with Hindustan Times and Tata Sky and represented India at Miss Heritage World in Zimbawe.
My goal today is to help women and use my knowledge in Yoga to tell everyone that managing PCOS is possible and all it needs is a little discipline and some guidance. If I can do it, you can do it too. So, come join me on my mat.
