THE JUICE OF 1 LARGE LEMON
APPROX. 1 HOUR IN THE OVEN AT 200ºC, HEAT FROM TOP AND BOTTOM

I did this for a long time, and although at first I admit it was VERY HELPFUL because I learned about keto foods, quantities, etc... I think it's okay at first, but over time you learn to know what to eat. I've been on this lifestyle for two years, and I haven't counted macros in months. If you remove all refined flours and sugars from your diet, eat the protein your body needs, accompanied by vegetables or salad, good-quality fats, nuts, seeds... in short, low-carb foods, you won't get out of ketosis... The idea is to learn to eat without counting everything we eat.
