Byten is a village in the Ivatsevichi district, Brest region of Belarus. The main attraction of the village of Byten is the functioning ancient Assumption Church, originally built back in 1654 as a chapel at the Basilian monastery. Unfortunately, apart from this church, nothing else has survived from the monastery. Apparently, the church in the village of Byten has not been significantly rebuilt since its construction, thus, its appearance fully corresponds to the date of its construction...
