Are you experiencing shoulder discomfort or restricted movement in your upper body? This is a common challenge for many women over 40, often caused by our forward-facing lifestyles and changes in estrogen levels which affects our muscles, tendon, and ligaments.

This short workout is designed to help you increase mobility, build strength, and protect your shoulders for the long haul.

In this workout, we’ll use a broom handle (mop, golf umbrella, detachable vacuum cleaner pipe or a towel) to:

✅ Improve shoulder flexibility and range of motion
✅ Strengthen stabilising shoulder muscles
✅ Reduce pain and discomfort in the upper body
