Life's Not Linear with Elsa Letts
Elsa Letts has been with Verizon for over 20 years now! She was born and raised in Portugal, coming to the US at age 17. Coming to the states afforded her the opportunity to reassess and figure out what she wanted to do in life. She worked full time and attended school at night, starting in the car manufacturing business. Her motto throughout these transitions was to not be afraid to leap! Build relationships, make small steps, gain confidence and pass on the knowledge you've learned to others. Elsa shares with us the mindset that many immigrants hold - being open minded, being able to step out of your comfort zone and most of all, being resilient. "We all have the capability to be risk takers. Never let someone tell you it's too hard or that it's impossible. It is always possible. It's all about your mindset and how you view challenges."
