When you are interviewing, you want to interview your potential employer. Instead of just having a list of the “right” answers and rattling off responsibilities you've had, be curious about the company and what they need.
Having short and specific answers to questions is important, but if that is your only strategy you will alienate your potential employer.
The most important thing for you to know is that truly successful people have and exhibit social and emotional intelligence (SEI) at a higher level. SEI makes people more effective team members and stronger leaders. Employees with high SEI are significantly more likely to experience rapid career growth and job advancement.
