It's not only tasty and budget-friendly but also healthy. Hot sprats don't taste anything like the store-bought ones. Let them cool, and you will be pleasantly surprised. RECIPE

Freshly frozen Baltic herring (unpeeled) - 1.5 kg
Hot water - 350 ml
Chicken bouillon cubes - 3 pcs.
Black dry tea - 4 bags
Bay leaf - 4 pcs.
Black pepper (peas) - 10 pcs.
Allspice (peas) - 10 pcs.
Vegetable oil - 150 ml
