Every delivery includes a surprise from a local food business. This week, we’re bringing you Kitchen Garden Farm Tomatillo Salsa. Tomatillo Salsa is handcrafted from organic tomatillos, onions and chilies grown on our family farm in Sunderland, MA. They fire-roast the ingredients in small batches to add a subtle smokiness and spicy heat. Certified organic.
Our Greens Pack is a locally grown fresh produce delivery for NYC of baby greens, microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers from Farm.One's diverse growing range of over 700 plants. This week features Early Mizuna, Selway Lettuce, Toscano Kale, and sprinkles of Chervil . In our yellow box you'll find Miz America, Red Streak Mustard, and Lemon Basil. We also featuring Peas, Toothache Buttons, Purple Basil, and Violas.
Our Shrooms Pack is a subscription of a rotating selection of exotic mushrooms, grown by our friends at Smallhold Mushrooms in Brooklyn. This week's mushrooms is Shiitake and Royal Trumpet
Our Smoothie Pack is a rotating menu of chef created smoothies that all contain flavors grown at Farm.One. This week's smoothies are Biscay Green, Orange Flower, and Scarlett Thrills.
