Cheesy Veggie Laccha Feast😋

For the Patty :-
🥔Paneer- 100gm
🥔Potato- 2no.
🥔Carrot & Peas- 1/2cup
🥔Green Chilli- 2no.
🥔Ginger Garlic Paste- 1tbsp
🥔Salt & Pepper to taste
🥔Cumin Powder- 1/2tsp
🥔Coriander Powder- 1/2tsp
🥔Red Chilli Powder- 1/2tsp
🥔Coriander Leaves handful
🥔Bread Crumbs- 1/2cup
🥔Oil- 2tbsp
Take grated paneer, boiled potato, boiled carrot & peas, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, all the spices & chopped coriander leaves in a bowl.
Mash & mix them all together.
Take a portion make round tikki’s.
Coat them from the sides in bread crumbs.
Line them in an airfryer & brush oil on top.
Bake at 180°C for 10 mins.
Take it out, flip & again apply oil on top. Again bake at 180°C for 10 mins.

For the Mint Chutney :-
🌿Coriander Leaves- 2 stems
🌿Mint Leaves- 3sprig
🌿Green Chilli- 2no.
🌿Ginger- 2 inch
🌿Amla- 1no.
🌿Yogurt- 1/4cup
🌿Salt to taste
Add everything to a blender & blend it well.
Pour in a bowl, add salt & mix it well.

For the Peri- Peri Dip :-
▫️Mayonnaise- 1/4cup
▫️Peri- Peri Powder- 1tbsp
In a bowl mix mayonnaise & peri-peri powder together.

Final Assembly :-
Make laccha paratha as shown in the video using ghee. Make sure the paratha is slightly big in size.
Spread mint chutney.
Add in lettuce & chopped onion for crunch.
Add in 2 patty & drizzel peri-peri mayonnaise.
Top with mozzarella cheese & enclose it.
Add it to an airfryer & brush oil on top.
Sprinkle more mozzarella cheese on top & chilli flakes.
Bake at 180°C for 5-7 mins or until cheese is completely melted.
Slice into half & Enjoy.😊
