Nasera Sharma is a Persian scholar. She first visited there as a BA student in 1976 to learn spoken modern person and to see the culture of Iran. She had done her 5-year course from Jawaharlal Nehru University and had done lots of work in Persian, Urdu, Hindi languages and on Indo- Iranian literature and relation.
The video shows many pictures of her first visit. The pictures can look old but these are full of fresh memories and emotions of her.
Now after the Islamic revolution, many buildings had changed their names.
Like:
- First, the tall building which was Shahyad Tower now known as Azadi Tower.
- Second, The garden which was Bagh-e-Farha now it's Laleh Bagh.

These folklore stories were collected by Mr Mohsin Mehandoost which was later translated by Mrs Nasera Sharma.
Mr Mohsin Mehandoost now is one of the famous poet and scholar of Iran.
